Commercial Use

Should you commission me, you'll automatically agree to my terms of service.

My signature (not the watermark) will remain in the final result, and I'll be given credit for it whenever possible.

My art will not be modified, nor will my authorship be removed or changed.

Prices may vary based on the project's complexity. The final quote will be presented before starting the job, and will only be changed should anything be modified or altered (requests only within reasonable time).

My art will NEVER be used to train genAI algorythms, create NFT's or any similar purposes.

I reserve the rights to upload my commissions to my socials, or to include them in my personal portfolio.

I reserve the rights to reject any commission if I deem it necessary.

You may NOT use my creations for commercial purposes (profitting from them, reselling, redistributing, making prints or merchandise of any kind) unless a commercial use fee is negotiated.

All payment will be handled through PayPal

Payment upfront for 50% of the commission will be required. The rest will be paid before delivery.

During the process, and before the final payment, regular low-res, watermarked screenshots will be sent.

There'll be 2 significant revisions granted for each commission.

I don't do deadlines. No rushing. Please understand there may be other people's commissions in-line. If you need the commission delivered before a specific date (be it as a gift, or similar), let me know first.

Once a commission is in-the-works, there'll be NO REFUNDS. Please make sure to commission me only if you're 100% sure you want it.
